Today's episode I'm throwing it back to a drama special from 2010, The Great Gye Choon Bin! I'm not sure if anyone's ever seen this hour-long drama special from KBS, but I think it's a a gem of a drama directed by Goblin's Lee Eung Bok and written by our infamous Yoon Nan Joong. It's a gem of a story and I had a lovely time retelling the drama special in this Throwing it Back episode. As we know, in this season of the podcast, we're jumping around the past 20+ years of Kdramaland to find and rediscover what it is about these small screen masterpieces that make us love and appreciate them so much. It's also a journey for me to return to my beginnings of watching Kdrama and remember what things I've learned from these dramas and what more I hope to learn as I continue watching them!
