Stop Auto Blaming Player's For Transfer - Oklahoma State

If a student athlete decides to transfer after several years in your program it's not always because they want to. Often times it's simply for a bigger opportunity, but some times it's because of mistreatment or mismanagement. Sometimes it's because they feel forced out. Sometimes isn't every time, but it can certainly be all the time if it's never corrected. Lying to a recruit and pointing to laugh at a kid for leaving can do more harm then good. Eventually you may hear everything, and then you may wish it would have just stayed hidden. Don't be that person.
