Alisha LICSW & Braden DPT, a married couple with a yearning for conversations that challenge us as we navigate this crazy thing called life. With over a decade of ups and downs together, the older we get the more we crave vulnerability and meaningful connection. This is a space to have conversations that explore the hard parts of being human, in a real, honest and off the cuff way. Our goal for these episodes is to get uncomfortable and sometimes frustrated as we laugh and cry our way through all the things that our society doesn’t talk enough about. Because we aren’t meant to do life alone.
