Old Dominion University Alumni have exciting careers using their world language skills. They share with us the impact that knowing world languages and cultures has had on their chosen professions, graduate school studies, and on their personal lives. We can learn a great deal from their expertise and vast experiences.  

In this episode, ODU alumnus, Zachary Fitzpatrick shares his thoughts on graduate school at the University of Illinois at Chicago, his German Ph.D. studies and dissertation on Asian-German film representation, his study abroad experience, teaching abroad and in the U.S. , and more great advice for our current ODU world language students!
