Episode description

After a brief break, LLChat is back with a new series on Québécois Poets & Writers. In this inaugural episode, LLChat host Kelsey is excitedly co-hosting with Dr. Peter Schulman of the World Languages and Cultures department at Old Dominion University. Our welcomed guest, Daphné B, speaks on her new book Maquilée and her creative influences and outlets.  Daphné B enlightens us on how makeup is versatile; it is a way of creative writing, it is self expression, it is political. She also treats us to a selected reading, in French, from her aforementioned book Maquilée. Tune in and hear more from Daphné B!
