Stuart is a Managing Partner at Evolution, a coaching, culture, and leadership development firm, where he supports senior leaders and leadership teams of fast-growing companies. Stuart has worked as a leadership coach for clients at Slack, Glassdoor, Dropbox, Twitter, Eventbrite, ADP and many others. He also works with Slack’s Next Chapter organization, an initiative that brings professional equity to the formerly incarcerated. His experience includes over 15 years of peer counseling, through work focused on Sexism, Racism, and LGBTQ issues; he advocates for the elimination of these issues by finding spaces for members of underrepresented or target groups to heal and reflect.
