"Its all in your head"

In this episode of the podcast I wanted to talk about mental health/illness and Long Covid. Unfortunately many of us have heard the term "its all in your head", in regard to long covid. I wanted to address how physical and mental health/illness go hand in hand therefore both require acknowledging and effectively treating to support holistic health and wellbeing.
I discuss my concern that people feel unable to acknowledge any mental health decline for fear their Long Covid symptoms will then be said to be "in your head". I discuss how my own mental health has been effected.
