Episode description
In this episode I will talk about one of my darkest moments when I contracted covid. I discuss the impact this has psychologically and emotionally. I also talk about the positive angle of the darkest days and how I am trying to live by mantra “face the fear and do it anyway”. I will share my experience and how I recently faced one of my own personal fears… and did it anyway. I hope you will have a listen and share with anyone this may support or interest.
