The Stages of Grieving and how I handled my diagnosis.

After several requests to share how I arrived at acceptance I am covering the stages of the grieving process, This is how I have been able to navigate to accepting my diagnosis and move to fight this disease. In this episode I start with denial and will continue next week with  anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.
