Living the Questions with Emily Oneschuk
Episode description
Today’s guest is a dear friend of mine, Emily Oneschuk. Emily and I went to high school together and have stayed in touch ever since. She has had a lot of adventures in the last few years as an officer in the Navy – including coordinating a refugee camp on a Naval base in Spain. In our episode today, we will talk about how Emily’s views on the military have changed over time and why she has ultimately decided to file as a conscientious objector. Emily is hoping to pursue work in refugee services and cares deeply about the dangers of online youth radicalization. Thanks for tuning in and I hope you enjoy the episode.
