In this episode, Dr. Gina continues to discuss practices that hinder and others that foster healthy self-esteem in children. She elaborates on how allowing our children to be who they are and not push our personal agenda on them will allow them to blossom into successful human beings. She continues by explaining that giving our children a voice and truly listening to what they have to say is essential in allowing them to connect with and develop their true selves. As a result, with our support and collaboration, we can allow them to co-create their reality and a life path that is their own to design.
