Episode description

Lovett is one school made up of three: the Lower School, the Middle School, and Upper School. On this episode of Living Lovett, host Jessica Sant speaks with the leaders of each school: James Choi, Head of the Lower School; Joseph Moody, Head of the Middle School; and Patrick Boswell, Head of the Upper School. Many parents comment that depending on where a child is at Lovett, the experience might be remarkably different from school to school. While some of this dynamic may be to accommodate the developmental stage of students, the desire is for a culture of One Lovett.

This wide-ranging conversation is sure to give understanding of the challenges and joys that can be found in each level, and what parents can expect as their children progress through Lovett.

The topic of academic rigor arose during the conversation, so host Jessica brings on Chelle Wabrek, Associate Head of School to provide some insight about what rigor means at a place like Lovett.
