Criticism doesn't always mean that we don't love the person we are criticizing. For example, we can say we love a tiger, but we don't have to embrace it. We may say that the tiger is dangerous, but that does not mean we do not love it. If we can train the tiger so it doesn't bite us, then we don't have to say it's dangerous. But as long as it can bite us we have to say it's dangerous, and it doesn't represent how we feel about the tiger.

Sometimes you are analyzing something and you are completely in your head, and sometimes you are feeling something and you are not in you head at all. Our head makes decisions but our heart guides us so that our decisions are compassionate, kind, and service-oriented. Sometimes we make decisions just to get a job done, without consulting our heart, and we might hurt people in the process.
