Global Vietnamese peace activist, Thich Nhat Hanh once famously said, “Live the actual moment. Only this actual moment is life.” To a similar figure of justice, Greg Carpinello, presence is cultivated by abundantly loving the moment right now. The Executive Director of the Pacific Northwest Jesuit Volunteer Corps has embraced a life philosophy of discernment and has committed himself to helping others immerse themselves in faith-filled values. In a recent “Living As You” conversation, we had the privilege of sitting down with the avid marathoner to talk purpose, unity, and mindfully living a life of fulfillment.
