I want to empower your mind and body a bit more by continuing to make shifts not only in your mind and thought, but your body as well. After all, transformation happens in the mind and on the inside before the body follows. The mind is the most powerful vehicle we have. It can empower you or sabotage you. Use your mind wisely.

# 2 SNUFF OUT SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS

Here are three simple steps that you can turn to shift your limitations, fears, and be a reminder that you choose to see darkness or the light.

  • First, release yourself from any self-criticism or attack. Forgive yourself for all the ways you’ve chosen to believe in darkness. Forgive your wrongdoings, missteps, and forgive yourself for fearing light.
  • Secondly, when things go awry or a challenge/obstacle is thrown at you ask yourself, “Do I wish to see this in the dark, or do I wish to see this in light?”
  • Third, identify your core value. What is your core value, the one you wish to exist for? Define what your personal core value is.
