November 2 is Day of the Dead, Dia de los Muertos. This is my favorite holiday.
I love to reflect on my ancestors. I like to remember what I know and I like to dream of what I don’t know. I like to reflect and be thankful.
I also have a practice that consists of five questions I ask to reflect on Dia de los Muertos and use it as a way to help me become the best version of me.
