Here we go again with another installment of our series on the Sermon on the Mount! In this episode we take a look at Matthew 6:1-4, where Jesus begins to instructs his followers on how to practice (do) true righteousness. Today we discuss the first of three things that Jesus expected his disciples to practice, almsgiving. However, he did not just command the action, but a particular state of the heart in which the gift must be given.
