Episode description

On this episode of the Live Ultralight Podcast, Tayson interviews Josh Perry. Josh Perry is a British athlete who, as of this recording, holds the record for the self-supported fastest-known-time for both the Pacific Crest Trail and the Arizona Trail. He completed the 2600-mile PCT in 55 days, and 16 hours. The 800-mile Arizona Trail in 14 days, and 12 hours. And the Long Trail in 6 days, 9 hours. Today we’re going to be delving into training, nutrition, and trying to find out what pushes Josh to accomplish these massive undertakings.
