We welcome back sound healer and consciousness explorer Ben Carroll to talk about a whole list of super interesting experiences. First of which, was the experience that Heath and Ben had at a Breathwork event in Maine the week prior. Ben is seasoned in these types of practices, but Heath being a “newbie” had his mind was blown!
Ben describes some of the amazing experiences he had over the years with events that challenged his understand of consciousness and has worked diligently to get back to the rare state he experienced several years prior. Guarding his consciousness closely through what he consumes not only in food, but sounds, information, etc., Ben talks about the challenges of elevating consciousness on a continual basis to figure out more about this reality!
