Ep. 78: Prioritizing the Force of Love

So many people view love as some elusive commodity that only the chosen few get to experience at a deep and lasting level.  While the deep inter-personal connections of love can be rare, love is anything that we resonate with and devote our time and attention to.  Whether it be a person, a job, a substance or a mindset- we can love so many different things and can show that love by how we prioritize our lives around that particular focus.  

For me, the focus on the love of my life (my wife) over the last 20 years has been one that has been at different priority levels throughout the years.  As a result, the success of that relationship has fluctuated along with those priority shifts. But the longevity of our relationship has been due to how I have made my own evolution and the growth of our relationship a top priority over the years; that love was the force that drove my life’s focus.
