Episode description

A quote from the Roman Philosopher Marcus Aurelius was the inspiration of this episode. Heath came across this one while watching a speech by Wes Watson on “internal cultivation” of the type of person you want to become and mastering the self.

This all on a day when it was needed most, when things weren’t flowing as optimal as they had in the past and it was a rough start to the day- Heath was reminded that it is the WHO is going to cultivate

what we want in life- not so much the HOW.

We need the straighten ourselves out daily so that one day we end up just being straight; like hardened iron!
