She gives us an amazing introduction into the chakra‘s, and how this percieved non-physical (which all of it is physical down to our smallest particles of existance). She shares her experiences through decades of study and practice of working with peoples energy systems to break down this science and take it from the realm of mystical into a well respected field of study.
