Dave Armstrong or “Sensei Dave” was on a trajectory of failure by every indication as a product of a broken family, foster care, and youth corrections. Because of some mentors in his life and application of principles including those in the title, Dave was able to completely transform his life to one of success, happiness, and fulfillment, including 24 years of service in the U.S. Air Force.
