El Shirota [Performance & Interview Only]

Mexico City rockers El Shirota stopped by KEXP to play a searing set for one of our first performances in the Gathering Space since the start of the pandemic. On this episode, Troy Nelson breaks down the long list of possible artists one could compare the bold band to while KEXP’s Albina Cabrera chats with the members of El Shirota (en Español) about the making of their long-awaited debut full-length, Tiempos Raros, released in 2020.
