S01E03 - The Reporter

This week, Mark and Allen pick through the Episode that introduces Shawna Malwae-Tweep! Leslie attempts to generate some good press for the pit by having a reporter from the Pawnee Journal interview her and the rest of the pit committee, but things quickly threaten to go awry. We look at several firsts and emerging tropes, as well as how they persist throughout the series. We also learn valuable lessons, such as how to have something "off the record", and how to be a skank in 3 easy steps (thank you Mark Brendanawicz).
