In this week's episode, Dr. Aginah shares her perspective about insecurity and imposter syndrome. While insecurity can rear its head in various forms and take a toll on many, imposter syndrome is a topic that has impacted many at some stage in life. An estimated 70% of Americans struggle with the intrusive thoughts that, "They aren't good enough". People of color are particularly vulnerable to imposter syndrome as a result of the messages that we receive almost daily from society, that we don't belong. Dr. Aginah shares several tips to consider to help overcome levels of insecurity and imposter syndrome.
