EquiTeam's Liz and Lou discuss how to focus on the real wins in the face of disappointment. The journey with horses is never linear, and we certainly can't win all of the time, but when you have worked really hard and not quite reached the mark you hoped for it is easy to focus on the downside.
One of our EquiTeam members experienced this at the weekend, but reframed her experience brilliantly and instead focused on the fabulous experience that her horse had and how far they have come to even qualify for the Area Festivals.
The pair talk about Never Give Up day and discuss when in fact it is a good idea to give a negative habit.
