180 - John Wick 1-3
We talk John Wick one two and three.

We talk John Wick one two and three.
We continue to go where no man has gone before, into the Star Trek motion pictures. This week are numbers 3 and 4, yes... "the whale one." What does that even mean? Listen and find out. Featuring Special Guest "Steve"
Another month, another wide range of films to discuss including Burlesque, The Wedding Planner, Devotion, Entrapment, Terror on the Prairie, and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania!
The Music Man and Sicario a match made in podcast heaven.
After watching The Wrath of Khan we felt it appropriate to revisit Don Bluth's " Titan A.E." It wasn't a hit when it came out, but is it deserving of another look and maybe even some love? Listen and find out!
We start our deep dive into the Star Trek Films with Star Trek The Motion Picture and Star Trek 2 The Wrath of Khan, Special guest and non-expert on all things Trek Steve joins us.
We get into what the first movies we watched of the year were, including the new J.Lo & J.Du Amazon original Shotgun Wedding, Rampage, Gladbeck: The Hostage Crisis, Blonde, Whiplash , and many more.
It's GROUNDHOG DAAAAAAAY!
Special guest Brenda joins us for this weeks episode where we talk Disney's 1993 The Three Musketeers. Is this movie top 100 material? Are Sting, Rod Stewart and Bryan Adams the 3 musketeers?
We're back to Disney, waaaay back. In 1937 the Walt Disney Animation Studios produced the first feature length animated film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs . Three years later they released Pinocchio. We'd like to talk about both today. If you haven't already, you can listen to our discussions about Disney in the 90s to the Present, back in our earlier episodes.
Happy New Year, We run through 2022 with some lists. Top 2022 releases and top new watches from any year. Plus a few other things.
We end the year off with James Cameron's long awaited Avatar The Way of Water. Avatar expert Save joins us. Please forgive some of the echo, we did our best.
The only thing better than Christmas is a Hallmark Christmas. Literally, it is a perfect world where everything is perfectly perfect. Add a Pride and Prejudice theme (or at least borrow some names) and you've got a recipe for a new Christmas classic. Jane Austin would be proud.
As the year draws to an end we wrap up the X-Men franchise, special guest Steve joins us.
We discuss what we watched in November, including a butt load of new trailers, The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, Spirited, Miracle on 34th Street, See How They Run, and Casablanca... again.
Happy Thanksgiving, Second watch for Adam first watch of Nathan we tackle this holiday 'classic'?
X-Men are back, Steve's back, and we're going back... in time, that is. It's prequel time for the franchise, so we're transported to the 60s in X-Men: First Class, and then to the 70s in X-Men: Days of Future Past, but not before making a quick stop in "the future." It's all over the place, just like us!
We dive in and get our little wing-ed feet wet with the latest in the MCU entry, Black Panther: Wakanda Forver. We give a spoiler-free review before going into spoiler territory at 53:30.
We discuss the new version of an old classic, available on Netflix, just in time for Remembrance Day.
We go back to prison with the Oscar nominated The Green Mile. Who is this old man and why is he talking to me about his sex life?
Continuing with the X-Men franchise, we follow the Wolverine centric detour and review the two James Mangold directed films: The Wolverine and Logan. Joined as always by monkey-thought-translator Steve.
We've talked about it before and now we are talking about it again. Movies that make us cry or at least tear up. Sometimes happy tears sometimes not so happy tears.
Summer has come and passed, so it's time to wake up and discuss what we watched in September, while Billy Joe was sleeping. Movies range from Pearl Harbour, Scream (2022), and the very obscure A Gnome Named Gnorm. Not that it's a competition, but if it was, Adam is destroying Nathan in movies watched.
We scratch off a few never before seen films for each of our top 100 lists.
We're back with more X-Men, and we're all pretty much on the same page with these two. They are quite the drop-off from the first two, but there is still fun to be had, sometimes at the movie's expense. Steve joins us, which is good because Nathan has a podcast first and doesn't have much to say. Outro Song Credit: "On and On" by Kirby Krackle (it's about Wolverine, much like all their songs that are always nerd themed, so check them out!)
Let's go back to 1938, a simpler time of air shows, gangsters, tommy guns, monster-faced goons, and a man with a jetpack fighting Nazis. Yes, this week we are talking about Disney's 1991 film The Rocketeer. It seems like it's due for a reboot, or legacyquel, so we're doing our part to bring awareness to this lovable flick that was actually a flop when it was released. Bonus conversation about which free anti-virus to use.
Its what the title says,
Take a trip with us, literally, down to Toronto for Fan Expo. We talk about our experience there, and do a CarCast review of Tommy Wiseau's The Room .
He goes by many names: Robin of Locksley, Robin of Loxley , Robin Longstride, Robert Hode, Robin of the Hood... and we will discuss them all! From Errol Flynn in 1938, to Taron Egerton in 2018, we discuss most of the big screen iterations of the man in tights himself, Robin Hood.
We tackle the sequel to the 5 star original X Men, with of course special guest Steve
