If the title of this episode confuses you- you're not alone (Isa was very confused at first too). This week, we're talking about the things that we (despite the title) may not necessarily hate, but really dislike about ourselves. We dig a little deeper to discover that the dislike comes from insecurity and through that insecurity we become obsessed with certain aspects about ourselves or our personas. We really focus in on our social media and podcast presence, and talk about the things that make us rethink all of our online choices and habits. We hope you can't relate, but we know that you probably will in some way.
