Homosexuality and the Bible Part 2 // Genesis 19:4-13

The need for all mankind is not about our sexuality, but our need of the gospel. When looking at sexuality we must ask ourselves, “What has God said on the matter?” The Bible is our ultimate authority and the gospel is our ultimate hope. Through it, we see God’s moral laws perfectly fulfilled in Jesus. In him we are freed from the bondage of sin and empowered to follow and obey God. As believers, we are to bring truth and love to all people, including those in the LGBTQ community. We do not separate truth and love, but bring them both to a world that is in desperate need of a Savior.
