In this episode, we hear Richard Pharro, CEO of APMG International, talk to Jean-Christophe BARTH-COULLARÉ, Executive Director at WAPPP and Co-Founder European Champions Alliance, on the new ways to execute Public Private Partnerships.

Listen in as we speak to Jean-Christophe about the roots, definition, and objectives of WAPPP – The World association of PPP professionals – a ‘Full Impact Organization’ that was created to discuss the standard setting for PPP outside of just the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.

For him, the real question is “How can PPPs stay relevant and deliver impact on the ground?”. 

When creating the membership organization, the central focus was on “Delivering value for future generations”, and Jean-Christophe explains how a project often fails when “the needs of the users are not completely adjusted” and that happens when we fail to “look beyond” value for money.
