Kamil ‘s experience in people management and project leadership has involved leading of multicultural, diverse, and technical teams composed of both direct reports and cross-functional matrix teams.

 He is now focussed  on creating value through agile project/program management excellence in the field of immunology and neurology to serve patients in need.  Which he achieves through Coaching, and mentoring, to help people reach their full potential.

Kamil considers himself to be a servant leader honed while  working on several high-impact philanthropic projects in Europe.

His  services to the profession include  chairing the inter-regional ISPE  (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering)  BeNeLux Steerco on Project Management.

He has been  recognised for  Outstanding leadership, communication and project management excellence by both the IPMA, and PMI.
