He is a prolific student and avid writer and blogger on strategy execution. Join us in listening to Milvio explain what motivates him to  take on so much work, constantly take on new projects, exams and innovate. 

Just  listening to Milvio you can tell how embedded his knowledge is, however for Milvio knowledge alone is redundant – it’s about applied knowledge. He believes you have to have ‘skin in the game’ to be an effective sponsor and the right culture to drive projects successfully.
