96. Scott Cooper has owned a few popular restaurants in the South Bay over the years but his latest opening, the Nomad Eatery in el Segundo, might just be his true love. Scott carefully crafted his menu and the welcoming intimate vibes of the restaurant based on his cherished memories backpacking across the globe and experiencing different foods, people and culture, hence the name Nomad Eatery.  But the opening of the Nomad has come with many challenges because of the pandemic.
