Who doesn't like F words? Or Alliteration? Or Mental Health? I know I do. Let's use some F words to start the process of feeling, healing, and being the best, non toxic version of ourselves we can be.
This episode shares my journey with infertility, fertility treatments, pregnancy, and loss. These are topics people keep silent because of guilt and shame and they suffer alone. These are conversations that should be normalized and shared. They are common. I hope my story helps others share theirs.
We have to let our men know that emotions are a weakness, that we hear them, we support them, and being a man doesn't mean emotionless or just angry. Raising healthy men is imperative our our health as a society.
