With antibiotic resistance on the rise, Dr Fouch and her team have been looking at alternative solutions for the most pressing scenarios, such as hospitals. It’s led to a sweet bit of research: Manuka honey, used in catheters, is proving effective in tackling infection. Could this be a solution for the future?
