Episode description

One of the biggest frustrations for entrepreneurs is seeing less experienced competitors pull in clients while their own efforts seem to fall short. It’s easy to make assumptions about the marketplace or about competitors’ strategies, but this can lead to some seriously misguided conclusions.

I’ve found that a lot of these feelings stem from ego and self-importance—assuming that just because you know more or have more experience, clients should naturally flock to you. I’ve seen this time and again through mentoring others, which has given me incredible insight into what clients are really after. The key is to step back, understand client motivations, and keep a flexible mindset as the business landscape changes.

If you’re ready to shift your perspective and take a fresh look at competition, let’s dive into how to get it right.
