Welcome to 2021! It's already been an interesting year, only two weeks in. Anyway, we decided to kick it off with an interview. We talked to Hyperion Zhang of The Thlipsis and Risen, both projects Mason has been involved in at one point or another. Hyperion talks to us about The Thlipsis, his time with Risen, how he and Mason met, upcoming shows, recordings, and the current lineup of the band. On a side note, we also discuss a controversial topic relating to a metal guitarist in the news lately.
