In this episode I discuss the changes happening in the world, especially the rise in sensitivity. Because of this rise there's also a rise in emotions. We need to be aware of these changes and practice new ways of navigating them to acclimate to the changes going on in the world. We must learn to regulate our emotions as opposed to letting them control us. ————————————————————
