Cathy is a certified Intuitive Coach, E-500 RYT Yoga Instructor (200 hr from American Power Yoga & 300 hr from Laughing Lotus NYC), and a Yoga Nidra Bliss teacher training director.
She also studied and is certified in Ayurveda, Restorative Yoga, Yoga & Social Equity, Energy and Subtle Body, & Yoga Nidra. And she is a Usui Reiki Master.
