Today is World Mental Health Day, which seems like the perfect time to share the Live Q&A that I did with Killswitch Engage singer Jesse Leach in Birmingham back in August. Jesse is a true spokesman for mental health issues and I relished the opportunity to expand on the podcast we did together (Jesse was a guest back on Episode 005 of Life In The Stocks) in front of a live audience and do our bit to help spread the dialogue around mental health. He's someone I deeply admire and respect, and I hope anyone who suffers from mental health issues will get something positive and helpful from our conversation together.
