This poem was written by a father (Rudyard Kipling- famous for "The Jungle Book") to his son advising him a way of life that is ideal and would eventually lead to success.
After "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost, this is my favorite poetry which I very much admire and follow. I hope you'll find motivation in these lines, for I surely have.
