Episode description

Julie reviews a letter sent by the Louisiana governor who explains his position on a legislative matter. She points out the "feeling" value system that predominates in the letter and the style of the humanitarian-based, political left. We discuss how the four cognitive styles are needed to address any problem and point out why decisions are usually wrong-- because they over-emphasize one out of the four cognitive frames. All four are needed for balanced decisions.
