Episode description

The Kyle Rittenhouse trial shows a basic problem in today’s society: guilt based on politics versus guilt based on behavior. It seems similar to the Nicholas Sandman issue. Our past reliance on good journalism and on our judiciary has failed us. At least we have cellphone videos, the Internet, and brave jurists. Proper Accountability might be the first step to improvement.
