Episode description

Liberating Sustainability is an intersectional take on the climate emergency. In each episode, field-leaders from student liberation movements and academia deconstruct the exclusivity of sustainability activism and education.

What is a climate refugee? How do colonial legacies limit multicultural participation in sustainability movements? And how can interpersonal relations make sustainability activism more inclusive? Exploring these topics are Judy Ling Wong CBE, Honorary President of the Black Environment Network, and Muna Ali, VP Activities Development at the Union of Kingston Students.
