The WORST Govt start since 1992...conferences, candidates and comms chaos

On Thursday last week Labour completed an unwelcome full slate. They have now lost council by-elections to every major party and the Greens. 

In fact they've lost a greater share of the vote than any governing party at this point since 1992.
