In today’s episode, we talk about how heading home to visit our parents brings on a sense of reflection and appreciation of where we have come from and how far we have come.
As we get older we have found that less is more when it comes to friendship circles and relationships. We have the power to change our environment and must take ownership where we can. We also talk about how our comp prep for WBFF October is going and the changes we have made so far to keep us on track.
