Ep 45. Another Level Another Devil

In order to live fully we must continue to challenge ourselves and set the bar higher every time we reach a goal.

When we level up, it doesn’t mean things get easier. Yes we become mentally stronger and more confident in that area, however, we will never get to a point where things are always smooth sailing.

In this episode, we talk about the limiting beliefs and obstacles that arose in three transformational times of our lives;
1. Competing for the first time VS turning pro.
2. Leaving a stable income to work for ourselves.
3. Starting this podcast.

We also discuss the ‘devils’ that we had to overcome when we reached those milestones in order to move to the next level.
