1. Swapping training days around based on your schedule or how you feel.
2. Your body & muscles don’t know the difference between a dumbbell, barbell or machine.
3. The importance of a pre- training routine/ warm up.
4. The importance of training with tempo and time under tension.
5. Less is more. It’s not always about doing the most work.
