For today's episode, we're going to talk about nervous system archetypes. This is something I really want to help you understand because your nervous system, or how you feel on a regular basis, is actually controlling how you show up, and you're showing up in different archetypes depending on your nervous system and the stories you adopted a long time ago about who you had to be in order to survive, get attention, thrive, or whatever.

- Healing the nervous system by regulating the nervous system and that is done through a combination of inner child work, bodywork and breathwork
